At Hedgren, we want you to be completely satisfied with your functional and stylish gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unused Hedgren products in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and protective materials are intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
